- rebase onto the Amazon Linux 2 2.56.1-9.amzn2.0.15 base; the previous ELS
line was pinned to .0.13 and so sorted older than the distro package,
which made every subpackage uninstallable
- drop the ELS CVE-2026-58016 patch: the .0.14 base now carries the same
upstream commit c9da977c178fbfc0e4caf99f9fdf5dc433d6fcc2 together with
its unit test
- inherit CVE-2026-16118 from the .0.15 base
